亭記小廚 is reopened at 1 Queen's Street. We tried a few signature dishes including
炸豆腐, 九菜雞紅, 沙爹牛肉炒河, and
蠔仔粥 the other night. The bean-curd, which was very crispy, was particularly good. The bill was only $90. There are several other Chiu Chow stalls in the same place. Will try them next time.
